Responsibilities:
Communicates quality-related objectives to all the employees at each service center.
Prepares operating budget and adheres to approved budget guidelines to ensure attainment of unit and Corporate goals.
Selects, evaluates, motivates and develops employees to ensure a qualified workforce necessary to meet company objectives while complying with EEO and Affirmative Action guidelines. Conducts performance reviews according to schedule, providing fair and accurate assessment of employee performance, training needs, areas for improvement and possibility of future growth within the organization.
Oversees equipment maintenance and repair, ensuring that all service equipment and vehicles are ready for use at all times.
Maintains a high degree of customer confidence by successfully completing all service jobs and submitting reports in a timely manner.
Provides quotations and technical information to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Submits regular and special reports as required in an accurate and timely manner.
Oversees service centers safety program, ensuring a safe working environment for employees.
Responsible for providing quality system-related update to HT&P Services Operations Manager. Ensures compliance with established quality control/assurance procedures while performing all the HT&P related processes.
Actively supports the Corporate HSE initiative by holding HSE meetings in accordance with Corporate HSE Plan. Develops safe work environment and promotes the use of personal protective equipment and safe work habits for employees. Participates in emergency drills, training, inspections, and incident investigations. Reports incidents and initiates corrective action when necessary. Ensures housekeeping standards are adequate to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
High-school diploma or GED firmly required. Candidates with Bachelor's degrees or similar educational requirements beyond the minimum will be considered first.
5-7 years of leadership experience, to include 3-5 years of experiencing managing a field or manufacturing operations team. Management experience is preferred, but non-direct-reporting experience (e.g. formalized team leadership) would be considered.
Experience developing effective customer relationships will be key to success in this role.
Must have enough financial background to justify business expenses.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
