Summary:
The National Accounts Manager oversees the company's effort to maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers.

Duties/
Responsibilities:
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key contacts at accounts.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet the customers' expectations.
Achieves account-specific sales goals.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings to meet company standards.
Prospects new accounts and visits current accounts to grow and maintain relationships.
Work with marketing on developing and implementing a strategy for internet marketing.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency in operating software, MS-Word and MS-Excel.
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Education and
Experience:
Six or more years of related sales experience.
2 or more years of experience within rigid packaging industry required.
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
This position requires travel and, therefore, a personal vehicle is required.
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Position may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
