PAF/Position Details Position Details Position Title Project Manager, Office of Strategy Position Status Full-Time Position Summary Information Job Description Summary Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer the Project Manager serves as a strategic partner focused on integration and implementation of strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities Responsible to model the University Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration and active support of the University's Mission and Catholic and Lasallian higher education.
-Schedules and coordinates project team meetings.
Prepares agendas, materials, presentations and necessary equipment.
Records and distributes minutes or notes and follow up actions.
Follows up with team members to ensure actions are completed according to timeline.
-Responsible for tracking progress, conducting analysis, as well as preparing for and facilitating project planning meetings.
-Assembles and leads a project team, assigns individual responsibilities, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of projects-Coordinates a comprehensive project proposal process.
-Simultaneously manages mid-sized to small projects from initiation through final project completion and closeout.
-Maintains and modifies project plan documentation for multiple projects.
-Compiles data and prepares regular and ad hoc reports and presentations.
Distributes project reports and documents as directed.
Maintains project document files and records in accordance with established procedures.
-Identifies and resolves obstacles to ensure that projects are on track with budget and determined timelines.
Acts as a liaison and resource for multidisciplinary team members.
Communicates to client groups and stakeholders impacted by the project.
Responds to requests for data and information.
-Take responsibility for timely and comprehensive communications with all project stakeholders and the larger University community.
-Understands project and organizational dependencies.
-Encourages strong user group involvement.
-Manages internal and external reviews and approvals-Facilitate timely review of contract documents throughout all phases of the project-Facilitate timely decisions with campus representatives.
-Documenting and defining clear scope and goals for project teams-Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications -Bachelor's degree-Two years of experience in managing increased responsibilities with projects-Strong organizational and management skills-Must be very detail oriented, while maintain a big picture vision for the project-Must have good follow-up skills-Manages and resolves conflict-Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines-Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive project teams towards required outcomes-Strong problem-solving skills with experience developing creative solutions to address organizational challenges-Demonstrated oral and written communication skills appropriate to managing the flow of information in support of decision making at the highest management levels of a complex institutional organization-Customer service oriented and ability to work well under pressure-Employs active listening Preferred Qualifications -MBA, or MS Business Analytics or Project Management degree-CAPM-5 or more years of project management experience-Basic knowledge of program/project management tools (Trello, MS Project Management), techniques, and methodology Essential Duties Work hours full time Posting Detail Information Posting Number S01185 Posting Date 06/22/2023 Closing Date Open Until Filled No Special Instructions Summary Recommended Skills Active Listening Agenda Development Attention To Detail Business Analysis Communication Creativity Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
