PAF/Position Details Position Details Position Title Coordinator of CoB Accreditation & Compliance Position Status Full-Time Position Summary Information Job Description Summary Under minimal supervision from the Associate Dean of the College of Business, with additional oversight from the Dean and the Assistant Dean, the Coordinator of CoB Accreditation & Compliance shall perform high level administrative duties in relation to and in conjunction with the functions that are germane to the College of Business & Graduate School of Management.
Responsibilities Responsible to model the University Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration and active support of the University's Mission and Catholic and Lasallian higher education.
ORGANIZATIONAL & OPERATIONAL
Responsibilities:
-Utilize the University's ERP software to retrieve data regarding course enrollments and student lists, etc.
-Maintain a clear and consistent filing system that allows for quick retrieval of materials and information through e-files/electronic databases and/or paper-Use Microsoft Office Outlook for scheduling appointments, meetings, etc.
, in addition to Microsoft Office 365-Prepare complex materials, charts, tables and graphs from rough draft to final form without specific instructions-Organizes and manages COB & GSM meetings & event activities, including the logistics, communications and preparation of materials.
These meetings may include, but are not limited to:
Education Policies Committee, Graduate Degree Council, Faculty Meetings.
ADMINISTRATIVE ACCREDITATION & COMPLIANCE
Responsibilities:
Reports to and assists the Associate Dean and Dean in carrying out and fulfilling all accreditation responsibilities as assigned including:
-Coordinates the collection, analysis & reporting of all required information, as defined by COB & GSM accreditors, i.
e.
ACBSP, Project Management Institute, etc.
and from various assessment tools and resources.
-Organizes corrective actions required as a result of assessment data or other indicators.
-Reviews processes and recommends changes to incorporate state-of-the-art technology as appropriate into administrative and educational assessment components.
-Manages the design and development of assessment databases-Assist with managing the departmental short and long-term strategic goals process by tracking and monitoring progress-Manages faculty adjunct accreditation qualifications review and record-keeping-Assists in the deployment and collection of faculty course evaluationsDATA COLLECTION & ANALYSIS
Responsibilities:
-Compile reports as requested by the Assistant/Associate Dean(s) and the CoB & GSM Staff and to the Department and Program Chairs, as required-As directed, research, critically analyze and synthesize information, provide feedback, and prepare reports/presentations-Analyze evaluation data from instructors, students, stakeholders, etc.
to assist in academic departments and program development updates-Run requested data quality and data analysis reports in support of accreditation efforts.
-Aggregate and analyze large amounts of varying data in an efficient manner.
-Align data and their format to follow system integrated business processes.
-Identifies service improvement opportunities that will better enable departments and programs to achieve their goals and objectives.
UNIVERSITY & EXTERNAL ENAGEMENT
Responsibilities:
-Assist the Coordinator of CoB Operations, in carrying out and managing special events within the College of Business & Graduate School of Management-Assists and attends select University and College sponsored events and activities, including but not limited to, Admissions, Alumni, Graduation, and Mission related-Coordinates and assists the development and production of marketing materials, including but not limited to:
CoB website pages, Dean's Report, relevant University Catalog Sections, etc.
ACADEMIC SERVICES SECONDARY
Responsibilities:
Provides additional support assistance, when necessary, to the Assistant Dean and Dean in carrying out and fulfilling selected academic services' responsibilities as assigned including:
-Responsible for strategic entry of the course schedule into University's Banner System, including but not limited to faculty and instructional space assignment, modality assignment in coordination with Department Chairs and Program Directors in line with university guidelines.
-Manages the collection, review and input of all programmatic catalog changes into the University Catalog system, SmartCatalog, ensuring compliance with accreditation and University requirements-Assists in the deployment and collection of faculty course evaluations-Manages strategic non-registered reach out of undergraduate students and on-going review and analysis of course enrollments-Creates, disseminates and manages all CoB documents control and processes and procedures, to ensure consistency and accuracy in all areas related to CoB academic servicesOTHER:
-Other related duties as assigned by the Dean, Assistant/Associate Dean(s), CoB and GSM Staff and the Department and Program Chairs-Support transformational change to achieve institutional vision and strategies.
-Keep current on necessary computer programs through in-house training sessions, i.

Blackboard, Banner, etc.
-Participate in testing and development of new tools in support of data quality.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Prior office experience in higher education setting.
-Software:
Blackboard, Constant Contact, SurveyGizmo, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, MyEmma-Enterprise Resource Planning Software:
Banner, Netsuite, etc.
-Exceptional analytical, organizational, time management, interpersonal, visual, and communication (verbal, strong writing, editing) skills-Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office computer software (e.
g.
word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, publication layout)-Ability to develop and maintain a working knowledge and understanding of university systems, policies, and procedures-Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative with tasks and projects while handling multiple projects at once-Demonstrated work experience involving significant interaction and collaboration with others-Professional attitude and disposition.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications Master's degree, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Two to three years' professional experience in academia.
Essential Duties Work hours This is an exempt salary, 12 month position, 37.
