Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated project manager assistant to help in the managing of exterior remodeling projects and maintain the grounds of all our jobsite locations.
About Us:
Quality Carpentry and Roofing is a roofing contractor which provides exterior remodeling services for residential and commercial customers.
Skills and requirements:
Pick up and drop materials to and from jobsites.
Supervise cleanliness of crews, so that we can keep safety and provide customer with a worry-free environment.
Record notes and photo documentation of pick-ups, deliveries, job site progress, and upload into our software.
Communicate and coordinate with Project Manager and office staff on daily activities.
Interact with project managers, contractors and customers on a daily basis Take on-site home measurements for windows, siding, and roofing.
Providing accurate measurements Drive to various locations to pick up permits Effectively manage your schedule to complete several time sensitive tasks on a daily basis About You:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and
Experience:
Must be able to pass background check Must have clean driver's license Must be reliable and have good work ethic Must have good people skills / communication skills Ability to lift up to 70lbs Create, maintain and improve customer relationships Job Type:
Full-time 40-50hrs a week may include some Saturdays Pay:
