Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team.
The Logistic Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate logistics operations including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing - Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods - Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency - Negotiate contracts with carriers and suppliers to secure favorable terms - Oversee demand planning and forecasting to meet customer needs - Implement process improvements to enhance logistics operations - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of goods through the supply chain Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, supplier management, and contract negotiation - Proficiency in AS400 or similar logistics software - Strong understanding of supply chain principles and profit loss analysis - Knowledge of BOLs and checking in the drivers - Experience in sourcing and demand planning - Ability to drive process improvement initiatives within the logistics function Join our team as a Logistic Coordinator and be part of a dynamic organization committed to excellence in supply chain management.
